Finally, someone is telling the truth about the voice over industry. In a business full of shady people, fly by night "helpers" coming along to stick new talent for their money, this is the one place you will get it straight. No sugar coating, no fluff, no BS. Just the real deal about what it takes to succeed in VO. |

The Break Room Stories are told by Henry Streator, a mishapped misfit who pops up here and there around the Mid West, usually engaged in some kind of job in the service industry.
He hates to work, but he loves to talk. And, even though Henry's not as smart as he thinks he is, he's also not as dumb as he seems. |

Whipped is a new band. They have Shannon, vocals and piano. . Eido on, drums, bass, guitar and piano. The band was formed in February 2006. As you can see they are a very young band. Shannon has preformed at some of the coolest clubs in Seattle with her band Amazon Ant. Has released a c.d. "Out of the Hole" available at c.d.baby.com. Shannon is also a visual artist. Has shown in many venues in Washington. Her art work can be seen at www.shanstuff.com. Eido is a M.I. graduate. Taught bass guitar in Japan for 7 years. Took up drumming in 2000. Played in the coolest clubs in Japan, Arizona, and Seattle. Jammed with Stanley Clark, Scott Henderson, and others. Eido is also a visual artist. Has shown internationally. Visit his art work at: www.poodlepublishing.com . Whipped is currently looking for a bass player and guitar player. Eido would like to play drums but if you are a kick ass drummer, he will play bass. Like the way they think about visual art, They like to think of music as self expression and collective expression from the group. Enjoy writing their own songs individually and like to collaborate as a group as well. Rhythm and form is always present. They do not necessarily feel a song has to be verse chorus verse to be considering a song rather they enjoy exploring the experimental avenues of song form. Whipped tries to remember "to just have fun because that’s all that really matters." Ha Ha ha ha ... |
