Zimbabwe Nhau Now, literally means Zimbabwe News Now. The website and podcast were developed as a means of analyzing news coming out of Zimbabwe. If you gather a group of Zimbabweans together almost invariably the discussion will at some point turn to the multi faceted situation in Zimbabwe and very strong opinions would be expressed. Cliffton and Zvikomborero wanted to formalize such discussions and gather together a myriad of ideas so that at this time we can start to look for options out of the quagmire that our country finds itself in.
We both feel that there is great potential in Zimbabwe despite its struggles, it is the country of our birth and we take great pride in all that it has to offer. Although our show deals with political topics ZNN is a non partisan, self funded organization our agenda on ZNN is to find a means of bettering Zimbabwe. Our greatest desire is for you to contribute to our discussions in whatever way you can. We thrive on the plurality of ideas and would want to start to gather ideas that will inspire our nations leaders.
We encourage those that do not agree with our views to take part because it is at those points where we challenge each other that the best ideas are produced. We understand that such discussions solicit very strong emotions but our desire is that such discussions are done in a constructive manner and expect all those that contribute refrain from personal attacks.
This is Zimbabwe Nhau Now, a critical analysis of Zimbabwean news, politics and society with a desire to build a better nation. |
